Job summary

LIME Painting is seeking a Production Manager to own each project from contract signing through final walkthrough, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and site visits to uphold our premium standard.

You will audit quality at every stage, manage material orders, and maintain open communication with homeowners to ensure a 5-star experience. A background in construction or trades and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in construction, home services, or trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Lead certification and OSHA experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own every job from contract signing through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and oversee job scheduling.
• Conduct regular site visits and audit quality at every production stage.
• Maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout production.
• Coordinate paint materials ordering and write change orders when needed.
• Close out each job with a completed final walkthrough checklist.
