Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager specializing in Drop Cable manufacturing to lead and optimize our production operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all production stages. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a safety-first environment, and implement innovative strategies to meet production goals. Responsibilities

• Align with Sales Directors in the field to communicate timelines, scheduling and forecasting
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands, manage overtime, minimize inventory and reduce costs
• Ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality requirements
• Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes around production flow and product output, adjusting schedules as necessary
• Maintain adequately staffed and trained personnel, production and maintenance personnel, working closely with executive management and Human Resources to assure proper management and disciplinary processes of the team
• Establish productive working relationships with other teams to maintain open communication and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Ensuring a strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team and fellow team management departments
• Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely manner
• Directing the production team members to introduce efficiency method for approval submission
• Identifying risk mitigation actions and risks
• Mentoring and developing team members and peers
• Effectively and proactively communicate all order statuses for production on a daily basis and as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in fiber‑optic related products or FTTH‑related products manufacturing is a MUST
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, industrial technology or equivalent work experience or knowledge in a similar environment
• Working knowledge in manufacturing processes specifically to extrusion machine operations is a PLUS
• Minimum 3 years experience in connectivity is required is a PLUS
• Previous management experience is a MUST - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence across multiple functions.
• Must communicate clear English – Korean and Indonesia a PLUS
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Experience with material handling flow
