Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager to own the location's production department, visit sites, and drive schedules and customer satisfaction. You will support the Branch Manager, boost productivity and profitability, and oversee installers’ workflow while handling HR duties and new business development.

The role requires 4+ years of managerial experience, a valid driver's license if driving is needed, and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location’s production department.
• Visit work sites, coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a team and monitor processes for installers’ job activities.
• Handle HR duties including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while retaining existing business.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range
