Job summary

TruTeam, a leader in energy-efficient insulation and building materials, seeks a Production Manager in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee the location’s production operations, coordinate schedules, and drive customer satisfaction.

This role also covers HR duties, including hiring and performance development, with local travel as needed. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required for site-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of escalating managerial experience, preferably in construction/trades.
• Minimum 18 years old; valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location’s production department.
• Visit worksites, coordinate schedules, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, profitability.
• Manage installers' processes and procedures.
• Handle HR tasks: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance development.
• Solicit new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Production Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.
• You will be responsible for visiting work sites, directing and coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction and soliciting new business.
• Support the Branch Manager and be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor the processes and procedures for job activities performed by the installers.
• Responsible for all aspects of human resources which include interviewing, hiring, onboarding performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Travel Requirements

• Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand.

Physical Requirements

• This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range $50,000.00 - $100,000.00
