Job summary

AllSTEM Connections seeks an experienced Production Control Coordinator to manage scheduling and material flow on a state-of-the-art foundry floor. The role focuses on planning, sequencing, and tying together raw material availability with production capacity to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive foundry scheduling experience, deep materials knowledge, and familiarity with AS9100/Nadcap requirements, ready to interpret blueprints and drive efficient production flows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in production control or scheduling within a foundry or similar environment.
  • Experience with stainless steels, aluminum, and vacuum-melt super-alloys (nickel/cobalt base).
  • As9100 and Nadcap aerospace regulatory knowledge; ability to read customer blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Coordinate raw materials availability, tool readiness and outside processing capacity.
  • Track work order status.
  • Ensure production plans and schedules support zero-defect standards.
  • Enter and maintain work order releases, routing, and BOM data in the ERP/MRP system.

Job description

Take charge of a state-of-the-art foundry floor! We are seeking an experienced Production Control Coordinator with a background in the "lost wax" investment casting process to support planning, scheduling and material flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
  • Coordinate raw materials availability, tooing readiness and outside processing capacity
  • Track word order status
  • Ensure production plans and schedules support zero-defect standards
  • Enter and maintain work order releases, routing, and BOM data in the ERP/MRP system
Qualifications & Experience
  • Foundry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of production control, scheduling experience
  • Materials Expertise: experience with stainless steels, aluminum, and vacuum-melt super-alloys (nickel/cobalt base).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: aerospace compliance structures, specifically AS9100, Nadcap, and reading customer-driven technical blueprints.
