Role: Production Manager- must have flooring installation experience
Location: Westfield, NJ
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Some weekends as needed)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

We are currently seeking aProduction Manager with proven flooring installation expertise to lead our operations and ensure smooth, on-time, and on-budget project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all flooring installation projects from scheduling to completion
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors
• Communicate timelines and project details to customers and installers
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered accurately and on time
• Perform site visits for quality control and issue resolution
• Support the sales team with technical input on complex jobs
• Maintain organized warehouse and product inventory
• Lead weekly production meetings with sales and operations staff
• Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in flooring installation or production/project management (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and job scheduling
• Comfortable with technology (Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Must pass a background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
