Hazeltine Nursery is seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations and plant production. You will manage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest/disease control and quality, while driving efficiency and accountability across field crews.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in maintenance production or horticulture, with proven leadership in fast-paced outdoor settings and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in maintenance production, horticulture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pest management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in Southwest Florida climate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly and seasonal production schedules.
• Oversee plant production including irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest/disease control.
• Maintain quality standards through routine inspections of plant health and size.
• Lead crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
