The Production Manager - Converting provides manufacturing expertise to the site’s make-to-order paper converting department. This role ensures that the production of products and processes meets or exceeds safety, quality, service, and productivity expectations while driving a values-based culture that focuses on employee development, retention and manufacturing best practices. The department includes 70+ employees, 18 machines, and evolving 24/7 operations.
Regulatory Compliance - Promotes a safety-first culture and ensures compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement - Applies advanced manufacturing and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, waste elimination, and sustainable business results.
Change Leadership -Effectively leads and sustains organizational, operational, and cultural change to achieve business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration –Partners effectively across functions at the site and across global organization to align priorities, implement and maintain processes, solve problems, and improve overall business performance.
