RivCut Inc. in California is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our precision manufacturing operations.

You will oversee daily production activities, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with machinists, programmers, and the quality team to ensure on-time delivery of aerospace, medical, and automotive parts while maintaining the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining operations.
• Experience with production scheduling and ERP systems.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production schedule across all machines.

• Lead and develop a team of CNC machinists and operators.
• Coordinate with Sales and Engineering on job quoting and planning.
