Job summary

XTEND is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production operations for our drone systems in the Tampa area. You will plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products, while developing schedules and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost control.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor a team, collaborate with engineering and procurement, manage inventory, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, defense, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
