Job summary

Omni One is seeking a Production Manager to lead our client\'s manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and issue resolution on the shop floor.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing manufacturing operations and resolving issues

Coaching, training and mentoring employees

Creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands

Determining labor and raw material requirements

Controlling inventory of finished goods and raw materials

Tracking, reporting and ensuring continuous improvement of key performance indicators

Reducing costs and improving processes through continuous improvement initiatives

To be considered for the Production Manager position you must have:

Previous leadership experience in manufacturing

Knowledge of production scheduling or planning in a manufacturing facility

ERP or MRP experience, preferably SAP

Have excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
