Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Production Manager role located in Santa Clara, CA. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, manufacturing, and operations
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and assembly processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and make decisions under pressure
• Experience with quality control, process optimization, and project management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in manufacturing environments
