Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role directs production departments, coordinates activities, and works with supervisors to boost productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, controlling budgets, ensuring safety, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent industry work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.

Well established and growing company has an excellent opportunity available for a Production Manager. This position will help manage a 24/ 7 manufacturing operation. Directs and coordinates activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, on time delivery and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in plastic injection molding, extrusion, thermoplastics, polymers, PVC, rubber, elastomers, TPE, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, and / or thermoforming would be a plus.
