Job summary

DSJ Global is partnering with a food and beverage manufacturer in Greater Portland, OR, to hire a Production Manager who will lead daily production and packaging, drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role oversees front-line leaders and production teams, drives continuous improvement through SOPs, process standardization, and corrective actions, and collaborates cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Warehouse, HR, and Operations

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of leadership in food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, Lean principles, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead production, packaging, and scaling operations to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, sanitation, and audit requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Warehouse, HR, and Operations leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through SOP development, process standardization, and corrective actions.
• Support workforce management, production planning, and efficient raw material utilization.
