Job summary

EnVogue International is seeking a Production Manager to lead our global manufacturing operations from development through final delivery. You will work closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and international partners to ensure products are produced on time and within budget.

The role requires expertise in production planning, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production, sourcing, product development, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of global manufacturing, textile construction, sourcing practices, production planning, and factory operations.
• Experience managing overseas factories, vendors, and manufacturing partners.
• Knowledge of product testing, regulatory compliance, and international manufacturing standards.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume production programs from purchase order placement through final shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with international factories and vendors to support production capacity, quality, and long-term business growth.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and manufacturing terms while identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee the approval process for PP (Pre-Production), TOP (Top of Production), and production samples to ensure products meet quality, construction, and brand standards.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and factory performance to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
• Resolve production, sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply chain challenges while minimizing disruptions to customer deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales to support successful product launches and customer commitments.
• Ensure compliance with product testing, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance execution.
