Job summary

Kinsa Group in the Miami area is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production, maintenance, and sanitation across multiple shifts. This role demands strong leadership in beverage/food manufacturing with a hands-on, lean-driven approach to improve uptime and efficiency.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, coaching, and development, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and serve as a key plant leader supporting the Plant Manager in growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production leadership in beverage/food manufacturing.
• Experience with high-speed canning lines, co-packing, and alcohol beverage production preferred.
• Hands-on leader with a lean manufacturing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production, maintenance, and sanitation across multiple shifts.
• Drive staffing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and employee development.
• Optimize production schedules, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, OSHA, SQF, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall production performance.
• Serve as a key plant leader and backup to the Plant Manager.

• 5+ years of relevant production leadership experience in beverage or food manufacturing required; experience with high-speed canning lines, co-packing environments, and alcohol beverage production strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 – $100,000 base salary
