Job summary

Roark Landscape in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews, ensure high quality work, meet client requirements, and drive profitable operations.

You will supervise crews, monitor labor budgets, uphold safety standards, schedule work in Aspire, and coordinate with Account Managers and Shop Manager to ensure timely, accurate paperwork and prepared equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial landscaping at the crew foreman level or higher.
• Degree in horticulture, turf grass science, landscape technology or related field preferred but not required.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety best practices for crew members, the public, and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew performance and control labor/material costs.

• Ensure equipment/materials are ready for upcoming jobs with Shop Manager.
• Promote company culture and safety as a role model.
• Schedule work in Aspire for efficient routing.
• Review daily crew time in Aspire and manage paperwork flow between field and office.

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure the crews consistently performs high quality work, meet client requirements and fulfill them in a profitable and efficient manner
• Follow company policies and procedures in order to maintain all operations and meet safety standards
• Use your knowledge of landscape maintenance, landscape equipment, and labor & quality control to boost the overall success of the branch
• Supervise crew performance and control direct costs such as labor and materials
• Monitor and maintain Labor Budgets along with other direct and indirect costs to ensure Income from Operations is met
• Work closely with Crew Leads and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met
• Work with Shop Manager and Account Manager to assure proper equipment and material is ready for upcoming jobs
• Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting company culture and safety
• Schedule new and existing work in Aspire to reflect the most efficient routing for each crew
• Review and approve daily crew time in Aspire
• Provide accurate and timely paperwork flow between field and office
