Responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing operations and supervise shipping processes.
  • Plan and allocate headcount across multiple production lines based on demand.
  • Develop a TPM program and manage its budget.
  • Supervise outbound product practices and ensure quality inspections.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of production supplies.
  • Maintain understanding of all manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Plan and execute full physical inventory activities and manage variances.
  • Coordinate trucking logistics through carriers, company trucks, or customer plant pickup.
  • Assist in hiring, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage workforce productivity to maximize efficiency.
  • Potentially lead plant production leads or staff.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Master EH&S Programs, conducting necessary employee training.
