We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Manager to lead our belt shop operations, inspire a high‑performing team, and help drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily belt shop operations, ensuring a productive and positive work environment
• Oversee fabrication, customization, and installation of conveyor belts based on customer specifications
• Prioritize and coordinate work orders, including field jobs, projects, and rush orders
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team
• Train and mentor employees on equipment, systems, and best practices
• Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to achieve department goals
• Manage inventory and consumable stock to support seamless operationsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Represent Belt Power professionally at all times, including on‑site customer interactions

Requirements

• 3+ years of conveyor belt or field splicing experience
