Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Autonomous maintenance/Total productive maintenance.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Food or Beverage experience preferred.
  • Profound understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the skill to effectively manage and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with production management software.

Responsibilities

We have a current opening for a Production Manager and are actively reviewing applications.

Schedule:

  • On-Site

Main Responsibilities:

Supervision of Production Teams:

About You:
