TFS – The Foundation Specialists is seeking a Production Manager in Louisville, KY to lead our production team, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while managing budgets and schedules. This role emphasizes field leadership, coaching, and developing people in foundation, crawlspace, and concrete repair projects.

You will drive efficiency, uphold high standards, and mentor team members, with a strong focus on homeowners' satisfaction and a safe work environment.

In this role, you will lead and manage the Production team to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with budget and schedule goals. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities while developing team members and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully.
