Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Production Manager for its Las Cruces chili processing facility. This mid-level role oversees day-to-day production operations within a spices and ingredients operation, on a Monday–Friday day shift.

You'll apply food manufacturing experience to the plant's production environment, lead production activities, and drive efficient manufacturing operations while supporting the organization’s family-first culture and relocation package.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in production management within a food-processing environment.
• Strong background in plant operations, production, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading production operations in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in food processing, spices, ingredients, or a related food-manufacturing environment is highly relevant.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Relocation package offered; stable employment history preferred.
• Must be willing to work a Monday-Friday day shift.

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Candidates with a demonstrated history of stable employment are preferred; no job hoppers.
• Must be willing to work a Monday-Friday day shift.
• Relocation candidates will be considered, with a full relocation package offered.
