Job summary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a fast‑paced, complex environment
• Ability to lead teams to achieve production goals and maintain operational standards
• Skilled in reading, interpreting, and maintaining accurate data records
• Strong multi‑tasking abilities in a dynamic work setting
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer and associate interactions
• Proficiency in common and proprietary software systems
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments, including noisy or inclement conditions, with flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) and occasional travel
