Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Parts Manager in Training to join our operations team in Fort Worth. This structured development program prepares you to lead parts operations, optimize inventory, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will coordinate staffing, manage vendor relationships, and mentor associates while upholding CarMax EH&S standards. This temporary role offers hands-on leadership experience and a path to a future Parts Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and maintain accurate data records.
• Completion of CarMax-provided training in all production processes.
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Internal candidates must successfully complete MDP before applying.

• Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for your department and/or location, including but not limited to self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Preferred Qualifications
