• Relevant experience in luxury events, experiential marketing, or scenic production is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in production, event management, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Role Description

The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in either New York City or Chicago areas, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production of luxury events. This role coordinates timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all design and fabrication elements are produced and installed according to specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing production schedules, supervising vendors and crew, overseeing load-in and strike, and resolving on-site logistical issues. The Production Manager partners with designers and account leads to translate creative concepts into detailed production plans and technical drawings. This role also maintains inventory, enforces safety protocols, and continuously improves production processes to support efficient, high-impact event execution.
