Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, highly committed Production Manager to oversee operations at our rice and flour milling facility that also packages dry beans in northwest Houston. This role is not for the faint of heart—the right candidate must be prepared to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in food manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a critical, on-the-floor leadership role that requires full ownership of production performance, employee oversight, and process optimization.
