Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in Haverhill, MA. This role focuses on coaching teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor.

You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity, partner with maintenance, and support staffing, scheduling, and cross-shift communication in a fast-paced environment. Excellent bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.

Job description

Salary: USD90000 - USD100000 per year

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Location: Haverhill, MA
