Job summary

Ski Butternut is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to oversee daily food production, ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget goals, and act as a liaison between workers and management. This role involves day-to-day operation and collaboration with the management team.

The candidate should be ready for friendly customer interaction, weekend/holiday availability, and strong leadership to coordinate line staffing while maintaining safety and efficiency across the production area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the production of daily food preparations to increase quality and production capacity.
• Ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored throughout the entire production process.
• Perform product quality control checks.
• Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
• Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Assisting in the management and scheduling of foodservice employees.
• Liaising with other managers to formulate strategic objectives, maintain budgets, and promote efficient workflows for all employees.
