Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring products are produced on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor production processes, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage supply chain operations to ensure raw materials are procured and delivered on time.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and eliminate waste.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of health and safety.
• Monitor overall performance of the production team, provide feedback, and implement necessary actions for improvement.
• Coordinate with the R&D team to implement new production processes for new product launches.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the senior management team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly desired.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong experience working in a highly automated environment.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
