Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production processes and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and meticulous attention to color and quality across projects.

Responsibilities include writing workflows, creating schedules, managing a production team, handling packing and shipping, and exploring new print materials with an eye for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and quality assurance.

• Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
