Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead shop floor operations across multiple departments, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. You will implement standardized work, training plans, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with strong communication and collaboration skills to partner across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Lean knowledge and Six Sigma experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee shop floor operations and lead multiple departments across shifts.
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and performance improvements using MOS concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Work Instructions and Training Plans.
  • Participate in capital/expense planning and VSM events for process improvement.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to subordinates.
