Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Plant Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering leader to manage engineering functions, ensure regulatory safety/compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on TPM, capital projects, and staff development to optimize plant uptime and efficiency.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, implement lean initiatives, and ensure environmental permits are maintained while coordinating safety programs across the facility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years manufacturing operations experience.
  • 2+ years supervision experience in maintenance or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • TPM experience.
  • Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% including international.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Plant Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering functions.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations; manage the Facility Safety Program.
  • Lead improvement projects for capital budget justification and implementation.
  • Drive TPM, Poka-Yoke and uptime improvements plant-wide.
  • Develop and guide direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
