What you’ll be working on:

The Production Manager oversees the management and direction of the production process, leading teams in accordance with policies, ensuring the right items are priced, merchandised, and available, and maintaining quality control.

Store Performance
  • Meet financial targets and key metrics.
  • Monitor work pace and store operations.
  • Ensure a positive customer/donor experience.
Leadership and Development
  • Supervise and develop team members and supervisors.
  • Plan staffing, recruitment, and training.
Customer/Donor Service
  • Respond to questions and complaints.
  • Train team members on service expectations.
Consistent Production
  • Manage item condition, volume, and pricing.
  • Oversee quality checks and workflow efficiencies.
Loss Prevention and Safety
  • Ensure security and safety policies are followed.
  • Promote loss prevention awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to observe, assess, and coach others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma required; post-secondary preferred.
  • Retail or industrial management experience preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks regularly.
  • Must navigate industrial environments safely.

This position is exempt under FLSA and may require travel to other store locations for meetings or business purposes.
