Job summary

Builders Installed Products Albany is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to maintain daily production schedules and oversee field crews. You will delegate tasks, communicate issues promptly, and ensure safe operations while coordinating with customers as needed.

• Help delegate job assignments to team members and personnel.
• Assist in communicating with crews when problems arise.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Inspect all materials and equipment going out.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to think independently and plan ahead
• Able to work well with others
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
• Proficient in written and verbal English skills.
• Being able to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license

This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional climbing, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance. Work may include pushing or pulling equipment, using tools, and operating a computer. Occasional driving to job sites is required, and exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions is common. Proper PPE will be provided, and reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals.
