Production Manager (Future Director Track) - Cabinets and Custom Millwork

This is NOT a maintenance role.

This is a build + transform + take over opportunity.

We’re looking for a hands‑on manufacturing leader to step into a growing operation and help evolve it from custom / made‑to‑order → higher‑volume production.

• You’ll drive process, flow, and accountability
