Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Production Manager who will organize and ensure the operation meets production goals and quality standards in line with customer requirements. You will oversee production lines, control output quality, and direct staff toward peak performance while upholding health and safety standards.

Hours vary; Monday–Friday with shifts. A Bachelor’s Degree or 6–10 years’ production management experience is required, along with strong leadership, budgeting, and MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6–10 years’ experience in production management or similar role.
• Significant experience in production management and reporting on key production metrics.
• Excellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Good knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Good practical experience with MS Office.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and ensure production goals and quality standards meet customer requirements.
• Facilitate smooth running of all production lines and monitor output quality.
• Direct personnel toward maximum performance; provide coaching as needed.
• Prepare budgets and evaluate costs; manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and review production personnel and quality inspectors.

What will you do?

We are looking for a Production Manager who will organize and ensure the operation meets the predetermined production goals and quality standards in accordance with the customer's standards. This shall include ensuring that the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance. Your duties will include facilitating the smooth running of all production lines, controlling the quality of output, and ensuring that customer requirements are met. You should possess a deep understanding of production procedures and the ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance. We also expect you to have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Hours: May vary

Monday - Friday (Days may vary)

Duties Include:

• Participate in activities to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Evaluate costs and prepare budgets
• Manage workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Oversee the production process and resolve issues
• Supervise and review the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors, workers, and supervisors
• Calculate the number of necessary resources, such as workforce, raw materials, and so on
• Monitor maintenance work, purchasing of equipment, etc.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards as well as health and safety precautions
• Prepare reports on your activities and present them to upper management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 - 10 years' experience working as a Production Manager or other similar position
• Significant experience in production management and reporting on key production metrics
• Excellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Good knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills with close attention to detail
• Results-driven approach and good business-oriented thinking
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets
