The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including a 401k match.

Job description

The Production Manager oversees all aspects of chemical manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental and quality standards. This role is responsible for coordinating personnel, processes, and resources to optimize plant performance while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. This person will supervise a team of operators and supervisors over multiple shifts. This Manager will oversee managing of the budget in their assigned area.

Salary range from 120,000 to 140,000 plus bonus. Company provides all benefits including a 401k match.
