Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheets required.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive knowledge of company products and procedures through on-the-job training.
• Learn panel and lumber grades and optimize material use.
• Understand lumber math, cuts and yields, and budgeting basics.
• Operates company business system for required admin tasks.
• Develops knowledge of product costing and production scheduling.
• Understand budget and expense controls and apply policies.
• Assists in continuous improvement, safety, and HR practices.
• Tours other facilities to understand operations and complete assignments.
