UFP Factory Built, LLC is seeking a Production Management Trainee to gain comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes. You will work under the guidance of a mentor and gradually take on responsibility with structured on-the-job training.

The role emphasizes learning production scheduling, costing, and business systems while adhering to company policies and safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree and Excel proficiency are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheets required.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities.
• Develops comprehensive knowledge of panel and lumber grades.
• Learns how to operate the Company’s business system to perform required administrative functions.
• Develops detailed knowledge of product costing and production scheduling.
• Develops working knowledge of budget and expense control processes.
• Prepares reports and performs other duties as required.
