Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in manufacturing/production operations including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery/equipment.
• One+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with track record of improving team performance and meeting production goals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to coach and motivate production teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do as a Production Management Trainee:

What You Bring:
