Jeans Innovation Center LLC in Gardena, CA, seeks a Production Management & Innovation Manager to lead denim fabric R&D partnerships with mills and scale innovations for bulk production.

You will evaluate yarn types, spinning systems, indigo and sulfur dye performance, fabric construction and durability, and work with cross‑functional teams. Travel 6–7 times yearly; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience required; salary range $175,000-$207,000.

• Experience collaborating with fabric mills.
