Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a production maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across facilities. You will follow GMP and safety standards while ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, major repairs, and documenting work logs. The role requires reading diagrams, schematics, and monitoring equipment performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years interpreting data; 1-3 years maintenance training; read drawings and meters.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Perform regular mechanical inspections and routine/major repairs.
• Service and repair production units and engines.
• Operate welding equipment to repair production issues.
• Maintain required logs, records, and clean work area.
• At end of shift, secure equipment and complete paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
