We are seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Starting hourly rate: $24.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience

Schedule & Location

• This position is at the St. Michael facility, full time.

Essential Functions

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment, complete work orders and data entry daily.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE.
• Follow GMPs and HACCP protocols.

Physical and Environmental Factors

• Activities include walking, lifting (up to 60 lbs.), bending, reaching, etc.
• Stand for entire shift (with breaks).
• Work environment includes temperatures from 32 to 50 degrees.
