• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace/repair parts; test and adjust equipment.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and GMP/HACCP policies.

We are seeking an experience Production Maintenance Lead to join our team. The desired candidate will possess leadership and coordination skills, along with a solid background in mechanical and facilities maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Starting hourly rate for this position is: $30.00 per hour
• Pay is based on job-related experience
  

Schedule

• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 5:30 am - 5:30 pm
  

Location:

• This position is at the St. Michael facility full time.
  

Essential Functions

• Delegate tasks to appropriate technicians and ensures they're completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor to ensure all work orders are prioritized correctly and completed as assigned and in a reasonable time frame.
• Conduct and complete training for all new technicians.
• Escalate and/or addresses equipment or technician concerns under the guidance of supervisor/director.
• Perform routine preventative and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, and complete related work orders and data entry tasks daily.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on production equipment.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor/director.

• Attends all required company trainings.
• Perform all duties with required safety equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the use on required PPE.

Physical And Environmental Factors

• Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning
• Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods)
• Subject to temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 50 degrees
