As a Production Machinery Technician, you are the force that keeps lines running, changeovers crisp, and data accurate—so customers get exactly what they ordered, on time.Starting pay rate has opportunities for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.Shifts Available2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:45pm–10:00pm3rd Shift: Sun–Thu, 9:45pm–6:00amWeekend Days: Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pmWeekend Nights: Fri–Sun, 6:00pm–6:00amImagine Your ShiftYou start with a safety sweep—Lockout/Tagout ready, guards in place. Machines come online; OEE targets are in sight. You run product to spec, check bottles at defined intervals, label and tag correctly, and if anything is off, you quarantine it with complete hold documentation. A scheduled PM pops up—you execute, clean to “showroom,” and log improvement ideas using TPM principles. A mold changeover is next—SMED steps minimize downtime, and production restarts smoothly. Between cycles, you update MicroMain, record parts usage, and fire off a quick ticket for an urgent repair.
