Accelera in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Machine Technician to setup and operate advanced flexible packaging equipment. You will ensure daily production targets are met while upholding the highest quality standards on our lines.

You will monitor performance, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with quality control and material handling teams. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in machine setup and operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate converting machinery (pouchers, slitters, laminators) to meet daily targets.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal output and quality.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Interpret complex operational documentation and use interfaces to run precise production jobs.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace with food safety and QA protocols.
• Collaborate with quality control and material handling teams to ensure seamless workflows.

• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize machine longevity.
• Interpret complex operational documentation and utilize machine interfaces to execute precise production runs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace, strictly adhering to all food safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality control and material handling teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
