Riverdale Mills Corporation in Northbridge, Massachusetts, is seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. We operate large automated and CNC-controlled machinery, automated welding, and wire processing equipment.

No Riverdale-specific experience required; candidates should be mechanically inclined and able to learn and troubleshoot equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machinery, monitoring quality, maintaining records, and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial machine operating experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to understand and follow operating instructions and production specifications.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools.
• Ability to recognize machine, quality, and production problems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust industrial production machinery.
• Operate large automated and CNC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Operate automated welding and wire processing machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production.
• Make routine machine adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
• Identify equipment or process problems and notify maintenance or supervision when appropriate.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
• Read production orders, specifications, measurements, and operating instructions.
• Inspect finished product to verify quality and dimensional requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep machinery and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and established operating practices.
