Job summary

Riverdale Mills is seeking a Production Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts to operate automated machinery that produces welded wire mesh. This role involves learning new equipment, adhering to production specifications, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring output, and performing basic troubleshooting. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production specifications.
• Ability to recognize equipment or product quality problems.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork and safety awareness.
• Experience in manufacturing, CNC operation or welding is helpful.

Available Shifts

1st shift: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

2nd shift: 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

Saturday as needed: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

The Role

Join our manufacturing team operating automated machinery that produces welded wire mesh. We are looking for dependable people with strong mechanical aptitude who are ready to learn. Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred. Experience with Riverdale’s specific equipment is not required.
