Job description

This position involves manufacturing and packaging product, depending on customer needs! This candidate must be able to work any shift, including overtime. Candidate will start off as a production operator, but will be trained on forklift operator and mixer helper before being hired on permanently. Once hired, candidate will be trained on Wet & Dry Mixing Operator.

This position has unlimited overtime potential!

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to perform the mixing and packaging functions needed for the product
• Operating a computer panel to control the mixing of various products
• Turning valves and levers to transfer product from mixers to dispensing stations
• Transferring dry samples to containers
• Labeling containers
• Cleaning sample containers
• Loading/unloading material
• Inspecting containers for quality
• Replenishing packing supplies
• Feeding product into conveyors
• Weighing materials
• Requires heavy lifting

Qualifications:

• Must have experience inmanufacturing and machine operating
• Nice to have forklift experience
• Must have attention to detail and legible handwriting to log work

Other:

• Candidate must be able to work in adusty environment, using the appropriate PPE
• Must have apositive attitude
• Candidates must participate in safety meetings each Thursday

Shift:

1st shift: 6:45am - 3:15 pm
3rd shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am

** Both shifts areMonday-Sunday with one weekday off of your choosing. Saturdays & Sundays are mandatory. If you'd like, you can work all 7 days.
- Saturday & Sunday are double-time pay.

Pay Rates:

1st shift: $19.50/hr
3rd shift: $21.00/hr

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.50 - $21.00
