Job summary

Staffmark Group in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to run manufacturing equipment for floor mats, monitor quality, and maintain a safe, efficient line.

The role offers two shift options with early or late start times, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Prior machine operation experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to safely work around industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing of commercial floor mats.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the machine.
• Inspect mats throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Start Times 5 / 6 / 7 AM or 2nd Shift | Start Times 3 / 4 / 5 PM
